TCPA & DND Override Disclosure
By voluntarily providing your phone number during registration, you expressly consent to receive service-related text messages (SMS) from HandScribe Pro or its authorised communication partners at the number provided. These messages may include: account verification codes, order confirmations, payment status updates, and important service notifications.
Message frequency: Transactional messages only — we do not send promotional SMS without separate consent. Typical frequency: 1–3 messages per account event (registration, payment approval, etc.).
DND / NDNC Override: The messages described above are strictly transactional in nature. Under TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) regulations, transactional messages may be delivered even to numbers registered on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry, as they relate directly to a service you have requested or subscribed to.
Opt-out: You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by removing your phone number from your Profile settings. Opting out will not affect your account access.
Data usage: Your phone number is stored securely and is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any purpose other than the service communications described above.
Providing a phone number is entirely optional. Core platform features are available without it.
